February Diary
With such good reporting this month there's not too much to record in the diary. During the month there was a celebration of Keith Kollett's life as he recently passed away and the news came that Mark Catley, a resident of Toft until recently, had also passed.

Club AGM
The Club held its Annual General Meeting on 20th March. Chairman Martin Sebborn opened the meeting and presented his report on how successful the Club had been in the year to 30th October 2024. He reported a record Deed of Covenant for the People's Hall.
He thanked Sonia Cox for her role as Secretary and welcomed Nikki Burdon as her replacement. Sonia was presented with a bouquet of flowers.
All committee members stood again.

Sound of the Sirens - In Concert
We were wowed for the evening by the wonderful Sound of the Sirens - a duo from the West Country - who played some amazing music and entertained with their banter and chat. An excellent evening of live music.

The Church in Toft

Mothering Sunday
Over 30 adults and young people attended the last celebration of Mothering Sunday to be held at the Methodist church. Barbara Preece and Cathy Michell led the service which included the giving out of traditional posies and Simnel cake made by the Brownies
